How do you create shotcrete walls?
Most structures have steel and concrete frames. Supporting beams and columns criss cross as required to form the central support for the rest of a buildings weight. The wet concrete that makes up Shotcrete, is sprayed directly onto steel mesh or rods, and then more layers are added as needed. Shotcrete walls can be troweled smooth, or sculptured into feature shapes or curves.
