Shotcrete can actually be applied in the rain, yes! As long as it is not pouring down during it’s setting time, light rain won’t effect shotcrete at all. If shotcrete has been used for a pool or pond walls, it can sometimes be best to cover the area with tarps, and have sprinklers activate after the initial set, which will help prevent erosion.
